A note on users and requestors: Access to the system is twofold. A user who is heavily involved in the deployment of records in a file room or corporate warehouse will need the Enterprise Version for all of its full features and functionality. If the user is primarily involved only in research and/or requests or data entry, then the Net Version should be utilized through a standard Internet browser. This would allow the non-production user the ability to search, request, and add Items without having Enterprise Version installed on every desktop.
